Assistance Information:

Audience: Local governments.

Purpose: To protect public and environmental health by removing direct and continuous discharges of wastewater from surface or ground water.

Eligibility: For areas or failed treatment systems that have direct and continuous discharges of raw sewage flowing to surface waters or on land. Full criteria can be found in the link below.

Financial: Not to exceed $2,000,000 for project costs related to planning, design, and construction.
